*9x13x2 baking pan
*mixing wooden spoon
*cooking spray
*measuring cups/spoons
*oven

Ingredients: (in order used)
*3 cups of flour
*2 cups of granulated sugar
*2 teaspoons of baking soda
*1 teaspoon of salt
*1 tablespoon of vanilla
*6 tablespoons of unsweetened Hershey’s coco
*1 cup of Wesson cooking oil (for healthier recipe, use olive oil)
*2 tablespoons of vinegar
*2 cups of water

Preparation time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

*Lightly spray baking pan or dish with cooking spray
*put dry ingredients directly in the baking pan, beginning with the flour, and make a mountain shape.
*blend all of the dry ingredients with a spoon until thoroughly mixed.
*gently shake the pan to even out the mixture creating a level surface.
(this is where the crazy part comes in)
*make 3 holes, one large for the oil and two smaller one.
*in the first hole pour in the oil, in the second hole add vanilla and in the third hole put in the vinegar
*pour the 2 cups of water over the whole thing.
*mix well with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth. Place in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the center tests done with a toothpick.

Let cool for approximately 30 minutes before frosting your cake.

Enjoy!

LOC:
specify measurements of the baking pan (9 in. x 13 in. x 2 in.)

change "mixing wooden spoon" to "wooden mixing spoon"

you might wanna specify which measuring cups/spoons you need

move the preparation time to the top before the materials so the baker knows if he/she has time to make it. you might want to put a total cooking time up there too.

HOC:
specify which ingredients are dry ingredients (I messed up once and had to throw a crapload of stuff away)

change "make three holes" to "make three craters in in the dry mixture" and "mix well" to "mix together"

it says "test with a toothpick" but how do you do that? what is the toothpick supposed to look like after you test it?
